Obituary of Patrick M. Malley

Patrick M. Malley passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at his home in Monroe Twp.  He was 73 years old.  Patrick was born in Brooklyn, NY.  He was raised in Union Beach.  He resided in the Middletown area for 40 years before moving to Clearbrook, Monroe Twp. in 2014.  He proudly served his country in the US Navy.  He was a maintenance mechanic and worked for IFF in Hazlet.  He was a member of the Elks Lodge 2179.  He was also a member of the Keyport Yacht Club and enjoyed boating and golfing.

He was predeceased by his parents, James and Florence (Cook) Malley, and his brother James Malley.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Donna (Wotton) Malley of Clearbrook, Monroe Twp., three children, Carolann Malley of San Diego, CA, Steven Malley and his wife Amy of San Diego, CA, and Diane Malley of Levittown, PA, five siblings, Florence Hemhauser of Toms River, Roger Malley of TX, Terri Cuocci and her husband Michael of AZ, Jerry Malley and his wife Patty of FL, and Michael Malley of Union Beach, five grandchildren, Julian, Anders, Madelyn, Jack, and Bennett, and many other extended family members.

A memorial gathering will be held from 4-7pm on Friday, January 27, 2023 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555.

A celebration of Patrick's life will be held from 2-6pm on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at the Clearbrook Community Clubhouse, 1 Clearbrook Dr. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 (The main gate for the Clearbrook community is a the corner of Applegarth Rd. and Clearbrook Plaza.  Note: there are other entrances to the community that will not allow you to enter).
