To the Donna and the entire Malley Family
My mother Roz Orland lived next to to Pat and Donna when she still lived in Clearbrook. We slowly got to know them over the years, and along the way realized what caring and generous people they both were and are. As Mom got older, Pat became a second pair of eyes and ears AND hands for me at times when my mom needed help and I couldn’t be there. I truly don’t think I would have been able to move her out a year and a half ago without Pat’s help, which was SO needed. He did everything with a smile and went above and beyond to make things easier. Hard to repay someone for that, and he asked for nothing. But we convinced him to join us for golf one afternoon and got to see his golf skills as well! What a wonderful person and a sweet soul. I am so sad to hear of his passing, taken way too soon. Love to the whole family and peace as his memory lives on in all of you
With love

My father, to me, and mostly anyone who knew him, was larger than life.
As kids we did everything ... skating, skiing, camping, rafting, road trips, theme parks, holidays decorated to the nines...he was always a fire in any community he was involved in.
Often planning outings for just our family, as well as huge orchestrated events, like racetrack days, rafting trips, trips to Niagara Falls, Canadian train trips, Atlantic City trips...my God...the list goes on, and on...
I attribute my love of planning, and career as a corporate event planner to Father.
As a young adult, going out anywhere in Monmouth county, it was NOT a rare occasion, where I would introduce myself, and any number of people would ask..."wait you are PAT MALLEY'S daughter???" And stories would flow, and flow...the man always knew how to create fun and amazing memories for literally everyone he encountered...a man loved in so many circles I couldn't even begin to list...
We are heartbroken to have lost him, at what these days is quite the young age...but he lived more life than 50 men combined might have lived...
While planning our celebration of his life, looking through numerous photo albums were reminders of the absolutely amazing life both my parents have lived together. The beautiful childhoods they gave me, my brother, and sister was a true blessing! All the amazing adventures they created for us, and themselves.
My mother was, is, and will always be such an amazingly beautiful person, truly, inside and out!
She has a very difficult path ahead, as my father was one of those husbands all us girls dream about...
The guy who takes her car occasionally to change oil, fill the tank, check air and fluids. The husband who jumps all in to decorate for every holiday, just to see the joy it brought her! The guy who could order...or better yet cook a meal to meet all her favorite requests. And the list goes on. I hope we all continue to talk about, share and celebrate the man, friend, father, uncle, grandfather, and all the roles he played.
Thank you to everyone who has ever crossed his path and made his, and my loving devoted Mothers, life so full.
Love you both, Mom, and Dad...forever and always!

Donna & Family,
So sorry to hear of Pat's passing.
Nan and I both have fond memories growing up with Pat. Always had great times together in UB and High School. Pat and I were Milkmen who delivered milk to houses, early in the mornings. We had the truck to ourselves(even though neither one of us had a driver's license). We told the owner to stay home we would take care of his route(Manny laughs working those morning). I was glad to see Pat and you Donna, last summer when me and Ed Zito all played golf together. Again, our deepest sorry on Pat's passing. Love Bill & Nan Bell
