To he Family of Jack Hilferty and Rosie,
We knew Jack and Rosie from the Jamesburg Elks. He was kind and helpful and always attended the events for the Special Needs Children and Adults. He was great at being Treasurer! We will certainly miss his smile and personality. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time of sadness,
Sincerely,
Leo & Kathy Martin

Laura, my deepest condolences to you. I was proud to call your father, Jack, a friend. He was always smiling and ready to lend a helping hand. His love & devotion to your mom was unsurpassed. He is now celebrating with Linda, the love of his life. I loved watching Jack nurture Sean. They always enjoyed their time together. I will miss Jack more than words can explain. Love and hugs to you.

My deepest condolences to the Hilferty family. I met Jack and Linda many years ago at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. I always enjoyed their company and admired both of them. When Linda became ill, I recall how Jack was always by her side making sure she was OK. Jack was a wise and generous guy who gave of his time and talent. He was an active member of the church and held important positions of leadership in the congregation. It was an honor to know Jack and he will certainly be missed. We don't have to say goodbye, but instead, "see you later." "Well done, good and faithful servant!"

We, the Kelly’s of Margate, NJ, and cousins of Jack, offer our sincerest condolences to Jack’s family, son John, daughter Laura, brother Larry and his wife Jeanne, grandson Sean, late wife Linda, and all other family and friends.
Jackie was a wonderful and happy man who was always quick with a greeting and huge smile. He lived his life with gusto and had a great love for his family, friends, and the Good Lord.
We had great Christmas and Easter get togethers with the Hilferty’s and Scully’s where our father, Uncle Joe to Jack, took many memorable movies of all of us marching as he had his old Bell and Howell whirling away. Great times and great memories for all of us.
May the Good Lord take good care of Jackie as he is re-united with his dear Linda and parents Jack and Polly. Until we meet again, Rest In Peace Jackie.

I have fond memories of going "down the shore" with my family from Springfield, Delaware County, to visit the cousins at Ventnor and Margate. Those wonderful Cowboy Days at Steel Pier with my seashore cousins.
Visits to Jackie's warm and welcoming family in Ventnor. My dear Aunt Paula and her kind husband Jack. My cousins Jackie and Larry. My Aunt Rose and Uncle Joe and their children who lived in Margate. Only good memories of a warm and loving clan.
My sympathy to Jack's immediate family. I know that he will be missed greatly for he was a good man who loved his children and grandchild Sean. He is now with his beloved Linda.
