Obituary of Edward Michael Delurey

Edward Michael Delurey - Monroe Township, NJ Edward Michael Delurey, 57, died unexpectedly on Thursday March 22, 2018 at his residence in Monroe Township, NJ. Edward was born in Long Island, NY and resided in Smithtown, NY before moving to Monroe Township, NJ twenty two years ago. Edward received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. John’s University and was employed by Geller & Co. in New York City. Edward volunteered at Immaculate Conception RC Church for their CCD program, enjoyed cars, taking care of his home and spending time with his family. Edward is preceded in death by his parents Thomas Delurey (2014) and Loretta (Hogan) Delurey (2010). Edward is survived by his loving wife of thirty three years, Dawn (Nugent) Delurey, his two sons: Brian Delurey and his wife Stephanie, Mark Delurey and his significant other Alexandria Kaschak, his brother, Steven Delurey and his wife Pam, his three sisters: Jean Marie Delurey, Virginia Hustick and her husband Bob, Linda Mahler and her husband George and his grandson, Adam Edward Delurey. Visitation will be 2-6pm on Sunday March 25, 2018 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home - 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 - 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 9:30am on Monday March 26, 2018 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be 10:15am on Monday March 26, 2018 at Immaculate Conception RC Church - Spotswood, NJ, followed by interment in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. In lieu of flowers and for those who desire memorial donations can be made in Edward's name to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
