Obituary of James W. Marsh

James W. Marsh, 60, died on Saturday December 23, 2017 at the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. James was born in Hartford, CT and has resided in Cranbury, NJ for most of his life. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and his MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. James was employed by Solvay for the past 37 years as a Global Logistics Manager. Jim enjoyed fishing, golf and tennis and particularly loved watching his sons play sports. Jim is preceded in death by his parents: Allyn Marsh and Peggy (Smith) Powell, his brother, Allyn Marsh, III and his brother-in-law, Chuck Andersen. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Colleen (Meylor) Marsh of Cranbury, NJ, his sons: Corey and John Marsh of Cranbury, NJ, his sister, Cathy Andersen of Riverton, CT, his sister-in-law, Susan Marsh of Woodbury, MN and his nieces and nephews: Bret and Sarah Andersen and Chris and Jennifer Marsh. Visitation will be 10-11am on Saturday December 30, 2017 at Nativity of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church - 185 Applegarth Road - Monroe Twp., NJ. A funeral liturgy will follow the visitation at 11am. The family requests that no flowers be purchased.
