Obituary of Perry P. Pecorino

Perry P. Pecorino, 58, died on Wednesday December 7, 2016 at his home in Monroe Twp. Perry was born and raised in Brooklyn. He has resided in Monroe Twp. since 1999. He was a mail carrier for the US Postal Service for 36 years and was retired as of November 2016. Perry was an avid gardener and liked taking care of his landscaping. Perry was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Pecorino and his father-in-law Thomas Guttilla. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, LouAnn (Guttilla) Pecorino, three children: Diana Pecorino and her fiancé Michael Harrington, Stephanie Pecorino and Daniel P. Pecorino, all of Monroe Twp., his mother, Rose (Frenda) Pecorino of Brooklyn, his mother-in-law, Antoinette (Tosto) Guttilla of Staten Island, four siblings: Benjamin Pecorino of Queens, Janet Pecorino, Rosemarie Pecorino, both of Brooklyn and Michael Pecorino and his wife Dawn of Staten Island and his sister-in-law Janice Guttilla of Staten Island. Also surviving are many other extended family members. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Friday December 9, 2016 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. – 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Saturday December 10, 2016 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be 11 am at St. James the Less RC Church – 36 Lincoln Ave., Jamesburg, NJ 08831 followed by Committal and Cremation at Holy Cross Burial Park Crematory Chapel - South Brunswick.
