<p>Dear LouAnn & family,</p><p>My deep and heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your dear husband and wanted to let you to know how very sorry I am.</p><p>I didn't know your husband very well, but from all you told me he was a loving person. I know that whenever his name was mentioned, everyone had such nice things to say about him.</p><p>Know that your children are such shining examples of the great job that both of you did in raising them.
