Noreen (O'Connell) Richardson died on Friday August 7, 2015 at Sunrise of Marlboro. She was 87 years old. Noreen was born in Macroom, County Cork, Ireland and came to the US in 1930. She settled in New York City before moving to Spotswood where she resided since 1956. Noreen was a homemaker and loved singing and dancing. She was a member and past president of Tara Association, as well as a volunteer driver for Interfaith Network of Care. She was a Communicant of Immaculate Conception RC Church, Spotswood. Noreen is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, George V. Richardson, five children: Patrick Richardson and his wife Joanne M. Restivo of Monmouth Junction, Mary Richardson and her husband William O'Neill of Washington, DC, Daniel Richardson and his wife Maureen of Spotswood, Theresa Richardson and her husband Curt Cannarella of Milltown and Rosemary Guketlov and her husband Manny of Spotswood, three sisters in law: Bridie Cremin, Mary Cremin and Ann Manos and fourteen grandchildren: Caitlin and her husband Joel, Brian and his wife Teisia, Caroline, Conor, Daniel, Lauren, Cristina, Rachel, Patrick, Nora, Erica, Brendan, Alex and Matthew. Visitation is Monday August 10, 2015 from 2-4pm and 6-9pm at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 9:45am on Tuesday August 11, 2015 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be 10:15am at Immaculate Conception RC Church, Spotswood followed by Interment in Holy Cross Burial Park, Jamesburg. For those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception RC Church – 18 South St., Spotswood, NJ 08884.
