<p>My mother-in-law, Gwendolyn Brown Baker, oftened shared stories about Gerda & Theodorus and their delightful children at our dinner table. Always about the loving care and support Gerda provided. As Deacon at JPC, I saw the care & love that she poured into the residents of Woodhaven. Every Feb.17th my husband to this day blows out his birthday candles and whispers 'Happy Birthday, Gerda' for their shared B'day. The passing of an individual is a time of many reflections of the past "Ties that Bind us"<br>Thank you, Gerda, for raising children & grandchildren that are loving, caring, giving and community minded. They are a Blessing toTeddy & you. </p>
