Obituary of Maria E. Tuminello-Folsom

Maria E. Tuminello-Folsom died Saturday Aug. 18th at the Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch after a valiant battle with cancer. She was 54 years old.
Born in Queens, NY, she lived there until moving to South Brunswick in 1991. She was a self -employed hair dresser for over 35 years, and also worked as a "lunch lady" at the Cambridge School in South Brunswick Twp. for 10 years. She was a member of the Calvary Chapel Crossfields in Jamesburg.
Surviving are her husband of almost three years, John J. Folsom, two sons, Charles V. Wilson and his fiancee, Kristin of Tobyhanna, PA and Adam B. Goretsky and his wife, Heather of Monmouth Junction, a daughter, Melissa R. Goretsky of Monmouth Junction, a step son, Justin Folsom of Bradley Beach, a brother, Frank Tuminello and his wife, Phyllis of Kendall Park, six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp. A funeral service will be offered at 8:15pm. Private cremation will be at the convenience of the family. The family will graciously accept donations or suggest donations to the American Cancer Society for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
