To the Picone Family: Condolences on the loss of your wonderful Mom. My heart is heavy as I looked at Fran as a Mother figure. We have been neighbors for over a decade and more and she was truly a blessing to me during my times of sickness. We shared a lot of laughs, as well. She was a tough lady but very sensitive. She was always so nice to my girls; she watched them grow and shared in their party/prom experiences. She told me great stories about her family. She was so proud of all of you!
