Catherine T. (Tilley) Barbano of Rossmoor, Monroe Twp., died on Saturday February 18, 2012 at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was 90 years old. Surviving are four step-sons, Alfred Barbano of Langhorne, PA, Harry Barbano and his wife Barbara of Milltown, Michael Barbano and his wife Gail of Atlanta, GA, and Peter Barbano of Kenilworth, one step-daughter, Patricia Barbano Bertschy and her husband Robert of Brewster, MA, six step-grandchildren, Amanda, Michael, Peter, Antonia, Lisamarie, and Jonathan, one step-great granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will begin at 11:00am Tuesday February 21, 2012 from the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. A funeral liturgy will be 11:30am at St. James the Less RC Church, Jamesburg, followed by Entombment in St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick. Visitation will be Monday afternoon from 2-4pm at the funeral home. For those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's Foundation in honor of Dr. Alfred J. Barbano, 254 Easton Avenue New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
