With a full heart, I say goodbye to a wonderful friend and neighbor. We moved in to Concordia the same year and the four of us l earned to love and depend on each other.. IWe spent much time together, laughing, playing cards,
Overeating, complaining about our kids and sharing our family stories. Phyllis and Frank were an important part of our lives. I know how much she was loved and will be missed by Joanne, Francine', Frankie and the grandchildren. our hearts are heavy for them. Rest in peace dear friend.
