Obituary of Amelia Bainlardi

Amelia Bainlardi, 83, passed away on Monday July 3, 2023, at St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ.  Amelia was born, raised, and resided in Brooklyn, NY for most of her life, before moving to Monroe Township, NJ six years ago.  Amelia was employed by JP Morgan for thirty-five years, retiring in 1998.  Amelia loved her family and spending time with them, especially her grandchildren.  She enjoyed shopping, gardening, bingo, and she was an animal lover, specifically her many beagles. 

Amelia is preceded in death by her loving husband, John Bainlardi (2003), her brother, Fred Adinolfi (2021), and her sister, Diane Adinolfi (2014). 

Amelia is survived by her son, Michael Bainlardi of Knoxville, TN., her daughters, Amelia Bainlardi and her partner, Desiree Montejano of Monroe Township, NJ, Frances Bainlardi of Monroe Township, NJ, her two grandchildren, Michael Angelo Bainlardi and Dorianne Bainlardi, her great nephew, Ellias Jon Ponce, also surviving are her extended family members and friends.    

A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Tuesday July 11, 2023 at St. Mary of the Lake RC Church, 43 Madison Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701.  Interment will follow in St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, One Honey Locust Drive, Lakewood, NJ 08701.  

Cremation was private under the direction of the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home Inc., 205 Rhode Hall Road, Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, and (732) 521-0555.
