Obituary of Rose Marie Baranowski

Rose Marie Baranowski, 88, passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 14, 2023 at her residence in Monroe Twp., surrounded by her loving family.  Rose Marie was born and raised in Perth Amboy, moved to Kendall Park upon retirement and settled in Monroe Twp. in 2001.  She was employed by Edwards Supermarket for over 25 years.  Rose Marie loved going to Atlantic City and Parx Casino, bingo and scratch-off lottery tickets.  She was an avid reader and read every Nicholas Sparks book written and loved doing word search puzzle books.  She enjoyed quiet time while being read the Bible.  Rose Marie loved all animals and enjoyed spending time outdoors bird watching.  Family was most important to her and she especially treasured the moments spent with her granddaughters.  Rose Marie will be remembered as always being happy and keeping a smile on her face.

Rose Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene M. Baranowski (1979), her son, Eugene E. Baranowski (2016) and seven siblings: Mary Ann, William (Sonny), Francis, Stephen, Richard, Lorraine and Linda. 

She is survived by her two daughters: Lorraine Baranowski and Barbara Ann Ragnoli and her husband Mark, all of Monroe Twp., two granddaughters: Christina Milko and her husband Nicholas and Maggie Lynn Rose Lawrence and her husband TJ, her grandson, Mark Ragnoli, Jr. and his wife Alexa and her great-granddaughter, Ivy June.  She is also survived by her sister, Patricia Wernett.  

Visitation will be 5:00-9:00 pm on Friday March 17, 2023 and 8:45-9:15 am on Saturday March 18, 2023 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. - 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ  08831.  A funeral service will be 9:15 am on Saturday at the funeral home followed by interment in St. Vladimir's Cemetery - 316 Cassville Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ  08527.
