Obituary of Loretta M. Cantwell

Loretta M. Cantwell, 91, passed away on Monday February 20, 2023, at Village Point Rehabilitation & Healthcare.  Loretta was born Ossining, NY, and raised in White Plains NY, she resided in Princeton Junction, NJ and Monroe Township, NJ.  Loretta received her bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College and her Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia University.  She was employed for many years by St. Paul’s RC Church, Princeton, NJ, as the secretary of the school and after her retirement worked in Estate Management.  Loretta enjoyed reading, listening to music, and taking walks. 

Loretta is preceded in death by her husband, Bernard J. Cantwell (2016) and her son Christopher P. Cantwell. Loretta is survived by her children, Thomas Cantwell and his wife Kristin, Matthew Cantwell, and his wife Venta, Regina Cantwell and her husband Ed, Bernadette Cantwell, Monica Doran and her husband Leo, Elizabeth Norris, and her husband John and her ten grandchildren.  A funeral liturgy will be 10:00am at St. James the Less RC Church, 36 Lincoln Ave, Jamesburg, NJ, followed by interment in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick, NJ.
