Obituary of Suzette Sulsona
Suzette Sulsona also known affectionately as “Susie”, died unexpectedly at the age of 67 on January 28th 2023 in her home in Monroe Twp. New Jersey. She was born July 3rd 1955 in an Airforce Base Hospital in Smyrna Tennessee. The daughter of Carlos A. Sulsona and Yvette Cobiella Sulsona Rosello.
Suzette graduated from Episcopal Cathedral School, Class of 1973. Following high school she graduated college with a degree in Elementary Education. Throughout her life she lived in Tennessee, Florida, Grand Island, Georgia and New Jersey. She was never married and does not have any children. Suzette may not have had any children but she had a lifelong influential role in the shaping and molding of many children who were fortunate enough to have been a part of her life.
Suzette loved God, all His Angels, and her church. She dedicated special time to prayer and service to God though all of the volunteer work she performed. Organizing events, flower deliveries, Head of Hospitality, her dance club, croquet club, and participating in music functions. She loved trivia, game nights, ceramics, bingo, reading the funnies in the paper. Susie loved to make people happy. She would bring them homemade cookies, cakes, pies and ice cream. Most importantly of all Susie lived her life never judging others for the faults they may have had. She was always available for you to share your thoughts without judgment of any kind. Providing you with sound advice if you wanted it or just silently listening when you needed her most. In every facet of her life whether it was at work, when volunteering or during her personal time with friends Susie just wanted others to be able to smile and enjoy themselves and she would do everything within her power to make sure they did just that.
Suzette is predeceased by her father Carlos Sulsona, her mother Yvette Cobiella, her step dad Robert Cobiella, and her brother Charles Sulsona. Surviving her is her brother Jimmy Sulsona of Peach Tree Corners Georgia and her sister Jeannette Nelmes of Hightstown New Jersey.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday February 18th 2023 at Rossmoor Community Church, 1 Village Mall, Monroe Township, New Jersey 08831. Pastor Robin Hoffman will deliver the service. There will be time immediately following the service in which we can celebrate her life with remembrance stories and most of all smiles and love.

In lieu of flowers and for those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to Rossmoor Community Church. There will be a drop box at the chapel for those who wish to donate.
