Obituary of Mary Durham

Mary (Gaydas) Durham, 64, passed away on Monday October 31, 2022 at her residence in Jamesburg surrounded by family.  Mary was born in Somerville and lived in Bound Brook and Spotswood before settling in Jamesburg.  She was employed for 20 years as a caretaker at the New Lisbon Developmental Center in New Lisbon.  Mary loved traveling, playing softball and pool and will always be remembered for being friendly and caring, always eager to meet new people. 

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, William E. Gaydas, Sr. and Mary Gaydas and her brother, William E. Gaydas, Jr.

She is survived by three siblings: Robert Gaydas and John Gaydas of Jamesburg and Judy Lipesky and her husband Joe of Naples, FL. 

Visitation will be 2-4 pm &  7-9 pm on Thursday November 3, 2022 and 9:30-10:30 am on Friday November 4, 2022 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. - 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ  08831.  A catholic blessing will be 10:30am on Friday followed by interment in Fernwood Cemetery, Jamesburg.
