Obituary of Edward A. Visinski, Sr.

Edward A. Visinski, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Community Medical Center in Toms River.  He was 87 years old.  Mr. Visinski was born and raised in South Brunswick Twp.  He later lived in Helmetta for 43 years before moving to Forked River in 2001.  He proudly served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict.  He was a Journeyman and Floor Layer for the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters Local 251.  He retired in 1997.  He was a 3rd-degree member of the St. James Knights of Columbus Council 6336, Jamesburg, and was a member of the American Legion Post in Trenton.  Ed loved gardening, John Deere Farm Equipment, and caring for his home property.

He was pre-deceased by his brother, Walter Visinski in 2020.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Arleen J. (Mancuso) Visinski of Forked River, three sons, Edward A. Visinski, Jr. and his wife Barbara of Freehold, Matthew Visinski and his wife Maria of Lanoka Harbor, and Andrew Visinski and his wife Tina of Helmetta, six grandchildren, Matthew and his wife Lauri, Michael, and Mark and his wife Kristy, William, Garrett and his wife Kate, and Aidan, one great-granddaughter, Ava, and many other extended family members.

Visitation will be from 3-7pm on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 and from 9:15-9:45am on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555.  Funeral services will begin at 9:45am on Wednesday from the funeral home.  A funeral liturgy will be 10:30am at Immaculate Conception RC Church, 23 Manalapan Rd. Spotswood, NJ 08884 followed by Interment in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick Twp.
