Obituary of Janet C. Geng

Janet C. (Storer) Geng passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.  She was 89 years old.  Janet was born in Hightstown.  She later lived in Metuchen and Helmetta and has resided in Rossmoor, Monroe Twp. since 1999.  She was a Secretary for Citi Service in Cranbury for 15 years before her retirement in 1984.  While living in Rossmoor, Janet was a member of various clubs.  She loved reading and traveling.

She was pre-deceased by her first husband, Arthur D. Logan, her second husband, Charles Geng, and two siblings, Walter Storer and Virginia Comito.

She is survived by two daughters, Rita Hausman and her husband Nelson of Perrineville, and Mary Jo Crespo and her husband Valentin of Jamesburg, her significant other, Walter Marz of Rossmoor, Monroe Twp., one step-son, Charles Geng and his wife Ellen, one brother-in-law, Richard Comito of Edison, six grandchildren, Dwayne, Daniel and his wife Jenn, Christopher and his wife Kaitlyn, Angela and her husband William, Alex, and Jeffrey, six great grandchildren, CJ, Bentley, Kevin, Anderson, Kai, and Valentina, and many other extended family members.

Visitation will be from 3-6pm on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831.  A funeral service will begin at the conclusion of the visiting hours at 6pm.  Cremation will be private.
