Obituary of Santa Giovanniello

Santa Giovanniello passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at her home in Rossmoor, Monroe Twp.  She was 98 years old.  Santa was born and raised in Brooklyn.  She resided there until moving to Rossmoor, Monroe Twp. in 1994.  She was a Secretary for Fiduciary Bank & Trust in New York City and retired in 1999.  She was a parishioner of Nativity of Our Lord RC Church, Monroe Twp.  Santa was a member of the Italian American Club of Rossmoor.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling and the theater.

She was predeceased by three brothers, one sister, and one nephew.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Connors of Monroe Twp., her sister-in-law, Elba Giovanniello of Monroe Twp., 12 nieces and nephews, and numerous other extended family members.

Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Thursday, July 28, 2022 and from 8:45am to 9:15am on Friday, July 29, 2022 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831.  Funeral services will begin at 9:15am on Friday from the funeral home.  A funeral liturgy will be 10:00am at Nativity of Our Lord RC Church, 185 Applegarth Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831.  Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, Middle Village, Queens, NY.
