Obituary of Ethel Salerno
Ethel Salerno, 82, of Jamesburg, passed away on Thursday June 23, 2022 at The Gardens @ Monroe in Monroe Twp. Ethel was born in New Brunswick and was raised in Iselin. She later lived in Metuchen, Old Bridge, and Keyport before returning to Old Bridge. She has resided in Jamesburg since 2021. Ethel was a waitress for over 25 years then owned and operated her own house cleaning business, D&H Cleaning Services. She loved going out to dinner, enjoyed matinee movies, and was an avid reader.
Ethel is survived by her five children: Holly Boldt and her husband Scott of Howell, Steven Moskowitz and his wife Patricia of Oceanside, CA, Shellie Salerno of Jamesburg, Toni Salerno and her partner Jeff Hudanich of Old Bridge and Kevin Salerno and his partner Jenessa of Jamesburg, two sisters, four grandchildren: Daniella, Michael, Thomas and Ava and two great grandchildren: Finnley and Emilia. Also surviving are many other extended family members.
A private cremation is being held under the direction of the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. - 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831.
In lieu of flowers and for those who desire, the family requests donations be made in Ethel's name to either the Gardens at Monroe healthcare facility, or your favorite charity.
