Helen Murray, 82, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at her residence in Monroe Twp.  She was born in the New Brighton section of Staten Island, she resided in the Stapleton section, Westerleigh section, and Port Richmond section of Staten Island, and has been residing in Monroe Township, NJ since 1999.  Helen was a graduate of Curtis Highschool and the American Institute of Banking.  Helen started working for the Hanover Bank in 1957, she went through several mergers and retired as an Assistant Treasurer in Human Resources from the Chase Manhattan Bank in 1999.  Helen taught religious classes at St Roch’s RC Church for ten years. 

 

Helen is preceded in death by her parents James and Florence Murray and her sister Barbara Loffredo. 

 

Visitation will be from 9:30 am to 10:00 am on Monday, May 16, 2022, at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc., 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ  08831.  A catholic blessing will be offered at 10:15 am at Holy Cross Burial Park Mausoleum followed by Entombment.
