Obituary of Rich Sinansky
Richard Charles Sinansky, 70, passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Penn Medical Center in Plainsboro.
Rich was born in Queens, New York and lived there briefly until moving to Old Bridge as a child. He graduated from Madison High School, where he played baseball and was voted “Best Dresser.”
Rich began working right out of High School for Schweitzer – Mauduit and remained there for 39 years until his retirement in 2009. Rich loved baseball, bowling, and softball. He was a diehard Mets and Jets fan.
He was pre-deceased by his parents, Andrew and Doris Sinansky, his brother-in-law, Don Higley, and his son-in-law, Rob DeFazio.
Rich is survived by his wife of 31 yrs., Diane Sinansky of Monroe Twp., his daughter, Kendra & (Sean) McPhee of Toms River, step-daughters, Diane & (Daryll) Benn of Lancaster PA, and Angela DeFazio of Monroe Twp. He also leaves behind step-sons, Chuck & (Lisa) Ballotta of Monroe Twp. and Matthew Sinansky of Toms River. He will also be missed by his grandchildren: Olivia Benn, Gabrielle & (Kevin) Creech, Carli Ballotta, Julia DeFazio, Mitchell Benn, Nicholas Benn, Spencer DeFazio, Madison McPhee, and a great-granddaughter, Ava Creech, his sister Andrea Higley, her companion Frank Eureyecko, nephew Donny Higley and niece Lisa Minton. Rich will also be sadly missed by many extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held from 1:00pm - 4:00pm,Tuesday, November 09, 2021, at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, located at 205 Rhode Hall Road, Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, (732) 521-0555.
Cremation is private under the care of the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home.
