Obituary of Paul Roman
Mr. Paul Roman, 60, of Monroe Twp., passed away on Monday August 2, 2021 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge. Paul was born in Bayonne and raised in Carteret and Parlin, settling in Monroe Twp. in 1991. He was employed at Haagen Dazs as a processor for 15 years then as a processor at Dupont before working as a lead operator at Integra in Plainsboro. He was a parishioner at Immaculate Conception RC Church in Spotswood where he taught CCD for many years. Paul was a civil war reenactor for 10 years. He loved going to concerts and beer festivals, often working at Stoudts in Pennsylvania and also was an avid NASCAR fan. Paul also loved cooking, barbequing and entertaining.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Helen Roman.
He is survived by his 3 daughters: Jennifer Litwinski of Monroe Twp., Jessica Roman of Ocean Twp. and Cassandra Roman of Monroe Twp., four grandchildren: Alexandria, Isabella, Lucas and Aiden, and five siblings. Also surviving are many extended family members and his even closer friends of the "Roman Empire".
Visitation will be 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm on Wednesday August 4, 2021 and 10-11 am on Thursday August 5, 2021 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. - 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831. A catholic blessing will be 11 am on Thursday followed by interment in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
