Elizabeth “Betty” Tobin of Owings Mills, MD. Previously of New Brunswick, N.J. passed away July 12, 2021. Betty retired from the City of New Brunswick in 1992.
Betty is predeceased by her husband Edward Tobin, her brother Thomas Bogue and her sister Virginia Bogue.
Betty is survived by her nephew Gerald Bogue of Monroe Township, N.J.
Cremation was private and interment will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick, on Monday August 2, 2021 at 10am.
