Obituary of Arthur P. Jacobs
Arthur P. Jacobs, 74, passed away on Wednesday February 17, 2021 at his residence in Monroe Twp. Arthur was born in Elizabeth and raised in Roselle Park. He lived in Clark for many years before moving to Indialantic, FL and finally settling in Monroe Twp. 6 years ago. He proudly served his country in the US Army Reserves as a weapons instructor during the Vietnam War. He was employed for CPC International/Best Foods in Jersey City as a packaging superintendent for 28 years until his retirement.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Linda Jacobs of Monroe Twp., two sons: Daniel Jacobs and his wife Michelle of Rockledge, FL and Andrew Jacobs and his wife Melissa of Brielle, his daughter, Lauren Gates and her husband Christopher of Mendham, one brother, Richard Jacobs and his wife Shirley of Eatontown, and six grandchildren: Olivia, Nicole, Shiloh, Mahlon, Cameron and Ronan.
