Obituary of Marjorie C. Farrell

Marjorie Claire (Reich) Farrell passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at her home in Rhoadesville, VA.  She was 85 years old.  Mrs. Farrell was born in Brooklyn.  She later lived in Springfield Gardens, NY, Lake Ronkonkoma, LI, NY, Fairfield, NJ, Monroe Twp., Rockaway, NJ, and Locust Grove, VA.  Most recently, she resided in Rhoadesville, VA.  She raised her family as a homemaker and had also worked previously as a Key Punch Operator for Great American Life Insurance Co., a Cafeteria Worker for West Essex Regional High School in North Caldwell, and as a Sales Associate for Jeweler's Hideaway in Monroe Twp.  She retired in 1990.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Frank J. Farrell of Rhoadesville, VA, three children, Barbara Waga and her husband George of Rhoadesville, VA, Kathleen Donohue and her husband Jerome of Randolph, and William Farrell and his wife Renee of Howell, one brother, Leo Reich and his wife Mary of Jackson, three grandchildren, Christopher, Alexandra, and Larissa, six nieces and nephews, and many other extended family members.

Visitation will be from 9:30am to 10:30am on Monday, February 15, 2021 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831.  Funeral services will begin at 10:30am from the funeral home.  A funeral liturgy will be 11:00am at St. James the Less RC Church, 36 Lincoln Ave, Jamesburg, NJ 08831 followed by Entombment in Holy Cross Burial Park Mausoleum, S. Brunswick Twp.  For those who are unable to attend, the mass will be live-streamed and can be accessed at www.stjamesthelesschurch.org under Mass-Live Stream.
