Obituary of Rose P Avansino
Rose P. Avansino, 96, of Monroe Twp. died on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at her residence, Parker at Monroe. Rose was born and raised in Brooklyn. She lived in Queens and moved to The Ponds in Monroe Twp. in 1996. Rose was a Homemaker for most of her life dedicating herself to raising her children. Rose had been active in the choir at Nativity of Our Lord RC Church where she was a parishioner. She was a member of the Italian American Club at the Ponds and loved to dance.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Avansino.
She is survived by her loving children, her son Thomas W. Avansino and his wife Frances, of Monroe Twp., two daughters: Nina Mongan of Monroe Township, and Mary Anne Bulick and her husband Bill of Scotch Plains, two grandchildren: Vanessa Marden and her husband Trevor of Old bridge and Thomas Avansino of Monroe Township.
A funeral mass was held at Nativity of Our Lord R.C. Church on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 followed by entombment at Holy Cross Burial Park Mausoleum. Full arrangements were entrusted to the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. - 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831.
