Raymond W. Spyrko – Monroe Township, NJ

Raymond W. Spyrko, 77, died on Wednesday July 29, 2020 at his residence in Monroe Township, NJ.  Raymond was born in New York City, he resided in Astoria Queens and Staten Island for most of his life, before moving to Monroe Township, NJ, twenty-one years ago.  Raymond worked on Wall Street for forty years before retiring from Morgan Stanley in 2001.  He was an avid tennis player and captain of the pickle ball team, who competed in the Monroe Township Sr. Olympics and Mayor’s Cup.  Raymond loved to watch and follow the Air Force Falcons Football Program.  He was also a member of the Civil Air Patrol in his younger days.

Raymond is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy Spyrko of Monroe Township, NJ, two sisters; Loretta Spyrko of Little Neck, NY, Regina Delisle and her husband Doug of Bridgewater, CT and his niece Danielle Delisle.

Visitation will be from 3-6pm on Friday July 31, 2020 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555, www.demarcofuneralhome.com.  Funeral services will begin at 9:00 am on Saturday August 1, 2020 from the funeral home.  A funeral liturgy will be 9:30am at St. James the Less RC, 36 Lincoln Ave, Jamesburg, NJ followed by Interment in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick Twp., NJ.

As a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions placed on public life and activities, all current guidelines will be observed including the use of face coverings and social distancing.
