Obituary of Pauline Mittica
Pauline (Crincoli) Mittica, 85, of Monroe Twp. passed away on Sunday March 15, 2020 at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center in Plainsboro. Paula was born and raised in Elizabeth and spent most of her life in Linden before moving to Monroe Twp. 10 years ago. She worked for the Linden Board of Education for her entire 25 year career, mostly in administration of payroll and benefits. Paula loved to travel and visit Atlantic City with her friends and brother. She loved the beach, especially watching the boats at Point Pleasant and Wildwood Crest. She was very active in her community, a member of the Italian American Club and the Bocce Club, among others. Above all, family was most important to her and she loved spending time with them.
Paula was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas J. Mittica (1986).
She is survived by her son, Nick Mittica and Andrea of Zionsville, PA, her daughter, Cynthia Varamo and her husband Joseph of Washington, her brother, James Crincoli of Clark and four grandchildren: Nicholas Varamo and his wife, Jillian, Gina Varamo and her husband Michael Bougas, Nicholas Mittica and Mikey Mittica.
