Marianna Marascia passed away on Sunday January 26, 2020 at Inglemoor Rehabilitation Care Center in Livingston.  She was 88 years old.  Marianna was born in Brooklyn.  She later lived in Queens, NY and Valley Stream, LI, NY and has resided in The Ponds, Monroe Twp. for over 20 years.  She was a member of the Italian American Club of The Ponds, former president of the American Business Women's Association, LI, NY, and was an avid traveler.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Gabriel Marascia in 2000, and her son, Robert Marascia in 2003.

She is survived by her daughter, Marianne Madara and her husband Ron of Ridgefield Park, three grandchildren, Ray Madara and his wife Karyn, Robert Madara, and Teresa Madara and her fiancee Sean Dobson, and two great grandchildren, Amelia, and Oliver.

A funeral liturgy will be 11:00am on Thursday January 30, 2020 at Nativity of Our Lord RC Church, 185 Applegarth Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 followed by Entombment in Holy Cross Burial Park Mausoleum, South Brunswick.

In lieu of flowers and for those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, www.alz.org.
