Obituary of Raymond Nastawa

Raymond Nastawa, 72, passed away on Monday January 13, 2020.   Raymond was born and raised in Jersey City and lived in Princeton for 25 years before moving to Monroe Twp. in 2008.  He worked for Thomas & Betts in Bridgewater for 20 years as an engineering manager and then for Penn Engineering until his retirement.  Raymond enjoyed wintering in Florida, golfing and he was a member of the Men's Club at Regency.  He took an avid interest in computers and technology.  

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Julia (Grzybowski) Nastawa and his brother, Richard Nastawa (2019).  

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Mary Ann (Polkowski) Nastawa of Monroe Twp. and two daughters: Karin Ruffini and her husband Nick of Los Angeles, CA and Lisa Young and her husband Ian of Hoboken.  

Visitation will be 3:00- 7:00 PM on Thursday January 16, 2020 and from 9:00-10:00 AM on Friday, January 17, 2020 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. - 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ  08831.  A Catholic Blessing will be 10:00 AM on Friday January 17, 2020 at the funeral home followed by entombment in Holy Cross Mausoleum - South Brunswick.
