Obituary of Anna Maggio

Anna Maggio died on Sunday November 27, 2011 at Centra-State Medical Center in Freehold. She was 99 years old. She was born in Palermo, Italy, came to the US in 1913 and settled in NYC. She moved to Staten Island in the 1950's and lived there until moving to Jamesburg in 1991. She was a forelady early in her career before working for Buda Bakery in Staten Island as a sales clerk. She retired in 1975.
She is survived by her daughter, Vita Sfondrini of Jamesburg, one granddaughter, Anna Marie LoBianco and her husband Anthony of Millstone Twp., three great grandsons, and one great granddaughter.
A funeral service will be 7:30pm Monday November 28, 2011 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. Visitation will be from 6:00pm until the time of the service on Monday evening at the funeral home. A private cremation will take place on Tuesday November 29, 2011 at Holy Cross Burial Park Crematory, S. Brunswick.
