Obituary of Maria Ferrulli

Jamesburg Mrs. Maria (DiLeo) Ferrulli died Saturday October 8th at Robert Wood Johnson-University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was 89 years old. Born in Altamura, Bari, Italy, she came to the US in 1965. She lived in Hoboken for 12 years, then Jersey City and finally in Iselin for 10 years. before moving to be with her daughter in Jamesburg in November of 2010. She had worked for several years as a piece worker at M & M Coat Manufacturing Co. in Hoboken, but her true joy was cooking for and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her husband, Pasquale died in 2010. Surviving are four sons, Michael and his wife, Rosa of Old Bridge, Gino and his wife, Antonietta of East Hanover, Sante and his wife, Olga of Altamura, Bari, Italy and Giuseppe and his wife, Gloria of Forks, PA, two daughters, Eufemia and her husband, Francesco Clemente of Jamesburg and Angela and her husband, Antonio Clemente of No. Brunswick. She is also survived by her 16 loving grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Funeral services are Thursday from the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp. a funeral liturgy will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception RC Church at a time to be determined.
