Neelan Manuelpillai died on Wednesday September 7, 2011. Born in Jersey City, he has resided in Plainsboro for the last 10 years. He was an honor student and graduated from West Windsor Plainsboro High School South in 2006. While there, he participated in the track team. He was a final year student at Rutgers University, under a full scholarship, and was studying Mechanical Engineering. He also worked as a team manager with Marketing Provisionals, contracted by Verizon, in New Brunswick. He was recently promoted to become a team manager for the company in Richmond, VA. He enjoyed dancing especially classical Indian dancing. He is survived by his mother Easan Eehai (Marianayagam) Pillai of Plainsboro, his father Clement Manuelpillai, two sisters, Mydili Manuelpillai of Plainsboro, and Kohila Manuelpillai of Plainsboro, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A funeral service will be 9-11am Monday September 12, 2011 at Franklin Memorial Park Crematory, North Brunswick. Visitation is Sunday from 6-9pm at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555.
