Donald J. Rohrbach, 71 of Monroe Twp. died on Monday November 19, 2018 at Penn Medicine Princeton Health in Plainsboro. Donald was born in Jersey City and raised in Rutherford. He and his wife, Marilyn raised their family in South Brunswick before moving to Monroe Twp. 14 years ago. Donald was employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for 25 years, retiring in 2007 as Vice President. Donald loved traveling, movies and spending time with his grandchildren. He loved bocce ball and was a Sci-Fi enthusiast. Donald was active in his community and was a parishioner of St. James the Less RC Church in Jamesburg. He will be remembered by all he loved as always living his life to the fullest. Donald was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Rohrbach. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Marilyn (Bocker) Rohrbach of Monroe Twp., three daughters: Donna Brechman of Shrewsbury, Marcie Stoner and her husband Rich of Fair Haven and Jessica Minetti and her husband Mike of Little Silver, two brothers: Robert Rohrbach and his wife Ruth of San Diego, CA and David Rohrbach and his wife Judy of Danville, CA, one sister, Janet Loschenko and her husband Mike of Red Bank and nine grandchildren: Morgan, Allie and Harper Brechman, Blake, Leighton and Charlotte Stoner and Eric, Drew and Gwen Minetti. A memorial gathering will be 2-4pm & 7-9pm on Tuesday November 27, 2018 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. - 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 - 732-521-0555. A memorial mass will be 10am on Wednesday November 28, 2018 at St. James the Less RC Church - 36 Lincoln Ave., Jamesburg, NJ 08831. In lieu of flowers and for those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to Wills Eye Hospital - www.willseye.org/giving/give-now
