Lois E. (Urizzo) Emma, 68, died on Friday May 25, 2018 at Centra-State Medical Center in Freehold. Lois was born and raised in Brooklyn and has resided in Monroe Twp. since 1977. She worked as a clerk for Wood, Struthers & Winthrop at the NYSE for 6 years before raising her family as a homemaker.
Lois is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Michael Emma of Monroe Twp., two children: Lisa Gemgnani and her husband Christopher of Howell, and Michael H. Emma of Monroe Twp., one brother, Ralph Urizzo and his wife Anne of Monroe Twp., one sister, Lisa Halleran and her husband Russell of Lumberton, one nephew, Michael C. Urizzo and his wife Denise, two nieces, Nicole Urizzo and Kelly Halleran and her fiancé John Reilly and one great nephew, Michael.
Visitation will be 2-4pm & 7-9pm on Tuesday May 29, 2018 and from 10:30am until the time of the service on Wednesday May 30, 2018 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. - 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831. A Catholic Blessing will be 11:00am on Wednesday May 30, 2018 at the funeral home followed by entombment in Holy Cross Burial Park Mausoleum - South Brunswick.
In lieu of flowers and for those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to the VNA of Central Jersey-Hospice, 23 Main St. Ste. D1, Holmdel, NJ 07733, www.vnahg.org.
