Obituary of Dennis J. Maloney

Dennis J. Maloney - Monroe Township, NJ Dennis J. Maloney, 85, died peacefully on Thursday May 3, 2018 at Penn Medicine Princeton Health in Plainsboro, NJ, surrounded by his loving family. Dennis served in The United States Navy from 1952 to 1956. He was a graduate of St. John's University School of Business and received his MBA from City College. Dennis was a Senior Sales Executive at Anchor Hocking Inc. Dennis resided in Brooklyn, NY and Larchmont, NY with his family before moving to Rossmoor in 2000. Dennis had a wonderful sense of humor and he belonged to the Emerald Society, Italian Club, Catholic Society, and Veterans Club. He was an animal lover, enjoyed traveling, reading, gardening, and sports and was a big fan of the New York Mets. Dennis is preceded in death by his brothers, Eugene and Louis. Dennis is survived by his beloved wife of sixty years, Mary K. Maloney, his two daughters, Colleen and her husband Walter, Erin and her husband Frank, his grandchildren, Christopher, Meghan and her husband Robert, Brittany and her husband James, his great grandson, Aiden and his sister Kathleen. Visitation will be 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Tuesday May 8, 2018 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, 205 Rhode Hall Road, Monroe Township, NJ 08831. Funeral services will begin at 8:45am on Wednesday May 9, 2018 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be 9:30am at Nativity of Our Lord RC Church, 185 Applegarth Road, Monroe Township, NJ 08831, followed by entombment in Holy Cross Burial Park Mausoleum.
