Mark E. Moberg died on December 25, 2017 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was 61 years old. Mr. Moberg was born and raised in Bridgewater. He lived in Edison for many years and has resided in Jamesburg since 2000. He served in the US Army in peacetime and was stationed in Germany for four years. He was a mechanic for Bill’s Service Center in Edison and later, Rainey’s Repair Center in New Brunswick. He was a former member of the Raritan River Boat Club in Edison. Mark was a talented carpenter and loved gardening and camping. He was predeceased by his father, Robert Moberg. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Tricia (Merritt) Moberg of Jamesburg, his daughter, Jessica Moberg of Jamesburg, his mother, Hazel Anna (Frey) Moberg of Somerville, five siblings, Deborah Zuchowski and her husband Robert of Pensacola, FL, Kristina Fetner and her spouse Hope of McDonough, GA, Douglas Moberg and his wife Eileen of Melbourne, FL, Dean Moberg of Branchburg, and Scott Moberg of Bridgewater, and many other extended family members. Visitation will be 9:30am to 11:30am on Saturday December 30, 2017 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. A funeral service will begin at 11:30am on Saturday at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Woodbridge. For those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Middlesex County 4-H Center PO Box 6157 East Brunswick, NJ 08816, (732) 398-5261.
