Florence (Bonvicino) Forcenito, 88, of Millstone Twp. died on Thursday December 21, 2017 at Centra State Medical Center in Freehold. Florence was born, raised and lived her entire life in Brooklyn before moving to Millstone Twp. to live with her daughter 10 years ago. Florence was employed as a dispatcher for AT&T in New York City for 20 years until her retirement in 1994. She was an active parishioner at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Millstone Twp. where she was very involved in helping out with the parish activities and charities. Florence was very generous to everyone, family and friends alike. She loved to knit and crochet, especially caps for the soldiers overseas to put under their helmets. She will always be remembered as one who had words of comfort for anyone in need.
Florence was preceded in death by her husband Albert J. Forcenito (2010), one brother, John Bonvicino and two sisters, Victoria Bonvicino and Jean Heineman.
She is survived by her son, David Forcenito and her daughter, Dolores Forcenito, both of Millstone Twp., her brother, Paul Bonvicino and his wife Cecily of Florida and her grandson, Samuel Paul Forcenito. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 7-9pm on Wednesday December 27, 2017 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 9:15am on Thursday December 28, 2017 from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will 10am at St. Joseph Catholic Church - 91 Stillhouse Rd., Millstone Twp., NJ 08510 followed by entombment in St. Rose of Lima Mausoleum - Freehold.
