William J. Daniels, III - Rossmoor, Monroe Township, NJ
William J. Daniels, III, 93, died at Brookdale Monroe on Thursday December 21, 2017. William was born and raised in Yonkers, NY; he resided there for most of his life before moving to Rossmoor, Monroe Township, NJ in 1993. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II. William was a cost estimator and was employed by Phelps Dodge in Yonkers, NY until his retirement in 1993. He was a 3rd Degree Knight of Columbus, a charter member of the Nativity of Our Lord Council 14658, a parishioner of Nativity of Our Lord RC Church and a member of the Society of American Magicians.
William is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Daniels (1975).
William is survived by his son, Michael E. Daniels and his wife Donna of Monroe Township, NJ, his daughter, Karen Bednarczuk and her husband Frank of Pleasant Valley, NY, his five grandchildren: Kristina Murray and her husband Steve, Kathryn and Kelsey Daniels, Eric Bednarczuk and his wife Christine and Laura Bednarczuk and his two great grandchildren: Ayden and Liam Bednarczuk.
A memorial mass will be 9:30am on Wednesday December 27, 2017 at Nativity of Our Lord RC Church, Monroe Township. Cremation was private.
