My sincere condolences to the DiLeo family. The death of a loved one can bring many tears and pain but may your hearts be filled with memories of wonderful times spent together, and have comfort in God's promise of a time when death will be no more.(Revelation 21:4; Isaiah 25:8)
My deepest sympathy to you all.

Deepest sympathy to the DiLeo family. Joe was the agent who recruited me to work at the Newark Office. Always the gentleman with a smile and encouragement. He beamed when he spoke of his family. A dedicated Agent respected by all. Joe stayed in touch after his Bureau retirement through local law enforcement contacts, who also held him in the highest regard. The world was a better place with Joe in it. May he rest in peace.

Joe was a very special man, who lived life as God wanted us to live it. He was a role model and a mentor for many FBI Agents. His life was blessed with a wonderful wife, children, grandchildren, and friends. He was also a special blessing to all of us. I know know many were deeply saddened by his passing but we take comfort in knowing he has received his eternal reward. God Bless Joe and his family.

Sending sincere condolences and sympathy to cousin Dot and the family on cousin Joe's passing. I have fond memories going to the house in Fords around the summer time and the family functions we shared. Joe was very well respected and admired by his family and all those who in came in contact with. I also was saddened to hear of Mary's passing. Such a sweet person and remember her fondly. Rest in peace Joe as well as Mary.

Joe was one of the friendliest, kindest, and selfless individuals I've ever met. He would talk with you about sports, work, or any topic and you always walked away from each conversation having learned something new. Even after he retired from Hess, we bowled together on the same team in a league for years afterward. It was always so fun to have him on the team because he kept us all loose and would help me improve as a player.
He will be truly missed.

Joe was a legend and a role model for a generation of young FBI Agents that passed through the Newark FBI office in the 1960s and 1970s. His positive energy and enthusiasm inspired us all. He was a true representative of the "greatest generation".
Condolences to the family.

Dot and children: Even though we haven't seen each other or talked in a long time, please know that you all have always been in my heart. Joe was an extremely special person who has left many fond memories with me. You have had an angel for a husband and father, and I'm sure now he has an esteemed place in heaven. I know he is taking care of my Grandma, whom he loved so much. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dot and family: we would like to offer our sincere condolences on Joe's passing. He was a gentleman and a friend to us for many, many years! From days in the Bureau to many times after the Bureau, we often sought Joe's counsel and advice! His generosity to the Society and to everyone he met was outstanding!
