Maria Cappello – Clermont, FL
Maria Cappello, 77, died on Monday, April 3, 2017 in Clermont, FL. Maria was born in Belmonte Mezzagno, Palermo. Maria immigrated to Brooklyn, NY in 1955; she resided in Staten Island, NY before moving to Clermont, FL in 1996. Maria was a seamstress and worked for designers in the garment district in New York City. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Maria is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Jack Cappello of Clermont, FL., her two daughters: Cristina Zito and her husband Benny of Winter Garden, FL, Ignazia Rasmussen and her husband Mark of Monroe Twp., NJ, her son, Pietro Cappello and Lisa Radford of New York, NY and seven grandchildren Jacqueline, Joseph, Christopher, Julianna, Jack, Luke and Chloe.
