<p>I am sincerely heartbroken to hear this news. Mrs. Volkmann was an amazing teacher and I cherish knowing her. I recently shared a memory with her that touched my life during my teens that was life-changing for me, and it was through her care and guidance. Mrs. Volkmann was a loving and positive influence for so many and I'm honored to have been her student 35 years ago, and recently, her friend. May you Rest In Peace, and may your family find peace and smiles in your loving memory during this time of profound grief and sorrow. Thank you, Mrs. Volkmann. Thank you.
