<p>Sal, my loving son, I loved you from the first day I set eyes on you, but now my heart is broken. I have never felt so much pain & grief until the day you left us. I miss you everyday, your smile, your laugh, your willingness to help others. I remember years ago, when you showed me your drivers license, that you decided to be an organ donor. I admired you for that decision, that spoke volumes about what a special person you truly are. And even in death, you have given the final act of kindness & generosity to people you don't even know.
