Obituary of Bobby F. Hemmings

Bobby F. Hemmings – Monroe Township, NJ Bobby F. Hemmings, 86, died on Friday September 2, 2016 at his residence in Monroe Twp., NJ. Bobby was born and raised in Mt. Airy, NC and resided in NJ for most of his life. Bobby, along with his late brother Jack, founded, owned and operated White Rose in Highland Park and Roselle, NJ. He enjoyed horse racing and even owned a few horses. Bobby was a family man and loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bobby is preceded in death by his son Duane Hemmings (2014), daughter Pamela Ecke (2013) and his brother Jack Hemmings (2014). Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Eileen Hemmings of Monroe Twp., NJ, a son, Robert Hemmings and his wife Lori of East Brunswick, NJ, 5 daughters: Debra Wercholak and her husband Jon of Monroe Twp., NJ, Cynthia Roche and her husband Mitchell of Grafton, MA, Cheryl MacDermant and her husband Robert of Roselle Park, NJ, Barbara Kashork and her husband Scott of Belvidere, NJ and Joellen Turiano and her husband Carmen of Monroe Twp., NJ., 1 daughter-in-law, Ellen Andreola of Keyport, NJ, 1 son-in-law Lawrence Ecke of Freehold, NJ, 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Also surviving are many extended family member and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday September 7, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home – 205 Rhode Hall Road – Monroe Twp., NJ. Funeral Services will begin at 11am on Thursday September 8, 2016 at the funeral home.
