Philip Jaccoma, Sr. died surrounded by his family on Tuesday August 2, 2016 at his home in South Brunswick. He was 70 years old. Mr. Jaccoma was born in New York City. He formerly lived in Hightstown and has resided in South Brunswick since 1970. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a laborer and a mason for over 34 years. He also helped operate his wife's farm, Pleasant Hill Farm in South Brunswick. He was a friend of Bill W. Phil was a devoted husband, father, and poppy and loved home life. He enjoyed watching and critiquing his grandson's baseball games and was an avid New York Rangers and New York Giants fan.
He is preceded in death by his daughter Gina M. Jaccoma (2003).
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patricia D. (Sigle) Jaccoma of South Brunswick, his son, Philip M. Jaccoma and his wife Angela of Dayton, four sisters, Betty Jaccoma of Lady Lakes, FL, Marie Hulick and her husband Robert of Lady Lakes, FL, JoAnn Horne and her husband Bill of Lady Lakes, FL, and Loretta Jaccoma and her long-time companion Robert Bognar of Trenton, three grandchildren, Tricia M. Jaccoma, Adrianna R. Jaccoma, and Philip M. Jaccoma, Jr., many other extended family members, friends, and his dog, Duke and cat, Sally.
Visitation will be from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Friday August 5, 2016 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. – 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555. A funeral service will be 10:00am on Saturday August 6, 2016 at the funeral home followed by Interment in Brainerd Cemetery, Cranbury.
