Obituary of Marion C. Ternyila

Marion C. Ternyila – South River, NJ Marion C. Ternyila, 94, died on Monday May 30, 2016 at The Chelsea at Forsgate in Monroe Twp., NJ. Marion was born raised and resided in South River, NJ for her entire life. She was employed as a clerk for the County Courthouse of New Brunswick for 15 years, retiring in 1986. Marion was the past treasurer of the South River Seniors and member of the South River Elks Auxiliary. She was an active parishioner of Corpus Christi RC Church. Marion loved Atlantic City and was an avid NY Mets and NY Giants fan. Marion is preceded in death by her husband Wilbur Ternyila (1985), son, William Ternyila (1968), daughter, Judith Chillscyzn (2014), brother, Edward Reilly (2014) and companion, John "Bing" Miller (2013). Marion is survived by her son, Gary Ternyila and his wife Johanna of Monroe Twp., NJ, 7 grandchildren: Billy, Carol, Joseph, Patrick, Lisa, Kim and Michael and 23 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 6-9pm on Monday June 6, 2016 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. – 205 Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 – 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 8:00am on Tuesday June 7, 2016 from the funeral home.
