Obituary of Carmine Perullo

Carmine Perullo – 77 – Monroe Twp. Carmine Perullo, 77, of Monroe Twp. died on May 5, 2016 at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick. Carmine was born and raised in Brooklyn and has resided in Monroe Twp. since 1970. He was a banker and vice president for Citi-Corp and Marine Midland in New York City. He later worked for Pamrapo Savings Bank as a branch manager, retiring in 2006. Carmine was happiest when spending time with his family and enjoyed rooting for his beloved New York Mets and New York Giants. Carmine was preceded in death by three brothers: Louis Perullo, Anthony 'Irish' Perullo and Armando 'Sonny' Perullo and two sisters: Margaret Penatello and Anna Brandofino. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Carol Ann (Abramsen) Perullo, one son Gary Perullo and his wife Jodi of Scotch Plains, one daughter Dina Cusano and her husband Ralph of Monroe Twp., two sisters: Jennie Monteforte of Staten Island and Dora Manocchio of Margate, FL., two sisters in law: Lena Perullo of Marlboro and Joan Perullo of Edison and three grandchildren: Kayla Cusano, Emma Cusano and Nicholas Cusano. Also surviving are many other extended family members. Visitation will be 7-9pm on Saturday May 7, 2016 and 2-4pm & 7-9pm on Sunday May 8, 2016 at the M.
